Abstract
The DynaFit software package was updated
to enable the automatic derivation of Michaelis constants,
turnover numbers, and inhibition constants for reagents (substrate and products) as well
as external ligands (inhibitors and activators). An illustrative example includes the derivation of
kinetic constants for the “Ordered Bi Bi” kinetic mechanism [Segel, I. (1975) Enzyme Kinetics,
p. 560-564].
